Impressions
The One World Observatory is the one which was built on the top (381m) of the tallest skyscraper building One World Center (541m).
Here is the observatory you can have a fabulous view of Manhattan and this is the only super high-building around here. Then if you prefer to have night view with towering buildings, Top of the Rock should be your first choice.
Also you can see the lights up on the Statue of Liberty. But it is still long way to there, you must have an ultra-Telephoto Zoom Lens with 300mm focus length.
All guests must go through security check, minimum estimated time for entering is about 20 minutes even if there is no queue.
Note
There are no places you can take some rest like chairs. There is a café in there but it is casual styled standing one. The only place to take a seat is restaurant need to make an advanced reservation.
