Although Hamilton Park is located in State of New Jersey, I have categorized this in New York area because it only takes about 10 minutes by bath from Manhattan.

Hamilton Park is located on a 50m hill, you can overlook Manhattan epic view. There are less tourists here make people think this as best-kept-secret place because there are no way to get to here by Metro.

The atmosphere is fabulous with high class residential around, it seems safer area at night.

To get to here, there is a bus in every 10 minutes until 9pm from Pot Authority Bus Terminal which takes about 10 minutes on foot from the Times Square. This bus is motor coach makes us feel more comfortable. (P signed shows bus stations on the map)

There are 3 lines goes to Hamilton Park, 165, 166 and 168. NJ TRANSIT is the one running these lines, it costs approx. USD7 for round trip.
