Masato Nawate is the chairman Japan's Top 100 Night Views Office. He created the first certified night view brand in the world, and continues regional vitalization activities.

Born in 1974, and currently lives in Yokohama. He started taking night view photos from 1993, visited over 2,000 spots in Japan, and 40 cities overseas.

Masato makes television and radio appearances, as well as night view talk show on boats. he also provides night view spot contents from car navigation systems such as Pioneer and Clarion.
