A park near to Mt. Hakodate Ropeway station, reaching there requires 5 minutes around by walking. You can enjoy night views of Hakodate Bay alongside and illuminated Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward.
The place is very cozy and calm so that you can visit there in the middle of the night.
