One of the 100 Best Night Views of Japan. You can get to the Floating Garden Observatory which is 170 meters above ground, by going up the elevator to the highest floor, and riding on an escalator which feels as if you are floating in the air.
The observatory spreads into 2 sections; indoors and outdoors, in which visitors may re-enter both sections as many times they wish. In the indoor section, there is a half-circular sheet which you can sit on, recommended for groups and couples. Outside, you can see the views of the Umeda sky scrapers, city of Osaka along the Yodogawa, and even Kobe.
Taking the taxi is recommended since it takes about 15 minutes on foot from Osaka and Umeda stations.
