An observatory that was renovated and opened in April 2016. Since it was under construction when I visited for coverage in 2013, I took photos from outside the observatory.

Since it is located on top of a bridge, it seems like you can get there only by taxi, but it is a 5-minute walk from its’ nearest station, Dongjak Station. To get to the bridge top, you can take an elevator from the bottom of the bridge. Although there are street lights, I do not recommend for ladies to visit by themselves.
