The Bellagio Hotel consists of rooms along the Vegas Strip with the view of the water show, and rooms without this view. A package tour plan has a higher price for these rooms with the water show view, which I highly recommend paying the extra money and getting the upgrade if you are planning to stay at this hotel.

There’s BGM for the water show, which you can also hear while you’re indoors. Just change your TV channel to Ch. 32 (this is back in 2006), and you can hear the same BGM in your own hotel room. The water show plays a different tune every time, which the fountains move in sync with, so you can enjoy a different show every time you watch it.
