Tantalus is the most famous night view spot in Honolulu. Since the gate to the park closes at night, you will have to park your car on the streets and enjoy the night view.
You can also enjoy the night view from your car; Diamond Head to your left, and central Honolulu in front of you.

Since the night view from Tantalus is quite famous, you can easily sign up for the tour locally.
