Asakusa Culture and Tourism Center is located in front of the Kaminarimon, in Asakusa.Made of wood and glass, this highly designed exterior has an observatory terrace on the 8th floor, with free admission.
The observatory terrace is an open terrace, where visitors can enjoy the night view of the Nakamise Shopping Arcade to the Sensoji Temple, as well as the Tokyo Skytree.
A cafe is also located on the 8th floor, where visitors can enjoy the beautiful night scenery indoors.
