Impressions
The illumination pattern on the symbol-like tower of Kobe, the Kobe Port Tower, changes every 30 minutes.
From the observation room which is 108 meters tall, you can see a 360 degrees night view including the Kobe Mosaic, Kobe Maritime Museum, etc. The observation room is 5 stories high, and the lighting in the topmost 5th floor is dim, making it easier to see the night view.
The Kobe Port Tower is lit-up until 11:30 PM.
